Are you a teen who is interested in weightlifting but not sure where to start? Join our four week intro to weightlifting class for teens! This class is designed to help teens ages 14-19 learn the basics of weightlifting so they can feel comfortable navigating their way through the gym. Classes will be taught by a personal trainer who will show you how to properly use equipment while maintaining correct and safe form.
